Former inspector general of police Ravinder Singh Gill is reeling from the death of his daughter, Ruby.  His failure to prevent her from destroying the Israeli-Palestinian Peace Summit has shattered his confidence.  However, Gill must push aside his grief and doubt when his deadliest foe, assassin Leon Binder, returns to Delhi.
